Hi Antonio, I think there are several forums in which urban telecentre experiences like yours in Guayaquil can be very useful. For example talks about the role of women (note that there is a gender specific group of centers), the profile of the operator or the selection of technologies. But, of course, you can create your own forums on a specific topic or on "urban telecentres" in general. You could also create a group, but you better be sure it will involve several people before you create a group. greetings, juan fernando

Greetings estimated Telecentristas, receive congratulations to the management on their call centers for the benefit of communities, represent the local Compucentros Gavisol with 6 and 492 computers installed and running.
